What is the time commitment for the Spring season?

Depending on the level, practice and game times will vary.  Baseball will typically practice 2x week for 2 - 3 weeks prior to the start of the season.  Once the season starts, baseball has one game during the normal work week (the evening varies from week to week) and one game on Saturday (anywhere from 8am 'til late afternoon).  Most divisions have limited travel (our fields are spread out to schools and parks throughout Carlsbad/Encinitas).  Softball sometimes travels to play other leagues.
